Frank Hardy SIR Welcomes New Associate: Hannah Knight

Please join us in welcoming Hannah Knight as a new agent with the company.

While she has resided in Virginia her whole life, Hannah has put down her roots in the beautiful countryside of Central Virginia.
She originates from the Shenandoah Valley, Staunton, VA, where she valued a career in the Veterinary Field, and boasted a love for agriculture. Fast forward to today, she now happily lives in a beautiful farm setting with her husband, nestled in Montpelier Station, VA, enjoying all aspects of farm life!

Hannah is very deeply connected to the agricultural industry on a local, and national level. She is associated with various Cattlemen Associations, including the VA Cattlemen’s Association, the National Cattlewomen’s Association, and the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. Through these associations, she has networked with some of the largest agricultural producers in the world, politicians and investors of all types. Hannah has a great appreciation for land, logistics of farm management and the agricultural & residential structures that allow the industry to thrive.
Finding homes/properties to help meet the needs of individuals and families working hard to provide for our world, is a true honor. She strives to make buyers and sellers feel comfortable, confident and satisfied in all steps of real estate transactions.

While she hangs her hat proudly in the agricultural world, her uncapped appreciation and growing knowledge for residential and luxury real estate is notable. With her distinguished knowledge of the local history and real estate of Albemarle, Orange, Louisa, Culpepper and other surrounding locations, Hannah holds a great understanding to what a homeowner or investor aspires to have in properties.

In her spare time, Hannah enjoys working with her husband on his family’s cattle and crop operation, Knight Cattle Corp. She enjoys attending local ranch & rodeo events, cutting horse events, and any opportunity to ride horses throughout Virginia Countryside. Her family includes two dogs: Maybelle, a Frenchton, and Waylon, a Catahoula, and numerous horses and other livestock alike.
