Charlottesville, VA Real Estate: Updates from the CAAR Q3 2014 Market Report

The Charlottesville Area Association of REALTORS® recently released its Third Quarter 2014 Market Report, and there is no time like the present to buy Charlottesville, Virginia real estate. The report shows that the median sales price in Q3 was $289,000, an increase of 8% when compared with Q3 2013. And half of the homes sold in Q3 were on the market for less than 48 days. This is only the second time that the Q3 DOM was less than 50 days since 2007.
