Barn #2 is more of a working barn, also with a 14 ft. wide aisle, ten large stalls, Frey hardware as well, large dual wash-racks, a sizable feed room and storage area. A large break room/tack room for riders and grooms has hardwood cabinets and kitchenette.

Barn #3 has four shed-row stalls, with interior and exterior access. Again, all hardware from Fry Brothers in Pennsylvania. This barn has an oversized, two-bay rear-facing garage and workshop.

All three barns are well coordinated with white board and batten exterior, rubber flooring, and attractive deep green stall hardware. All barns have superior ventilation.

In total, there are fourteen paddocks, ranging in size from 1/2 acre – 40 acres, all with electric and water. All are in a pasture management program with an excellent stand of grass.

The riding arena measures 240’ x 160’, has excellent footing and comes complete with an irrigation system that draws from a large, aerated pond with a picturesque, water-level, lounging dock. Just beyond are two miles of groomed riding paths. An expansive and thoughtfully engineered grass derby field provides a superior, level grass riding surface, adjoined by natural bank jumps and slopes of varying degrees for a variety of training and conditioning purposes. Four wells provide ample water supply. There is an engineered system that captures organic matter from the manure containment area and provides fertilization to several of the larger paddocks. A propane-fired Generac generator provides back-up power for the wells to insure uninterrupted electric and water service to the barns.
