Mike loves living in Charlottesville, VA, and working in and around the surrounding areas. Mike's love of gracious homes and their exceptional settings, coupled with an enthusiasm for conception, design and creation, led Mike in 2003 to sell his successful insurance and real estate company in hometown Leominster, MA, to pursue his interest in real estate land development and sales. He earned a Certificate at Northeastern University in the CM/PM (Construction Management/Project Management) graduate program.
He is passionate about his role as Associate Broker with Frank Hardy Sotheby's International Realty because it allows him to help people reach their goals regarding their real estate transactions in an effective, peaceful, less stressful way. He has been told by clients that he has a great perspective and innovative thinking. Prompt and frequent responses throughout the transaction process keep his clients informed, which makes the buying and selling process easy and enjoyable. Mike's commitment to his clients is to exceed their expectations while getting them the best possible price, terms and conditions in their home transaction. His history is that he sells homes quicker and at a higher price. Mike provides frequent market updates, including information on on homes not readily available on the Internet, helps secure clients' best financing options, best offer strategies, and competent referral to legal, home inspection, appraisal and title insurance affiliates.
Mike spent a decade working with Premier Sotheby's International Realty, where he sold luxury homes on the Gulf Coast of Florida, helping clients from all over the world and the United States achieve their dreams.
