Melina Ryann

Melina has lived in downtown Charlottesville since graduating from the University of Virginia in 2003, at which time she started her real estate career in property management.

The fast-paced rental market gave Melina invaluable knowledge of the local area, and experience connecting homeowners and investors alike with prospective tenants. By 2012, Melina had invested in her own real estate, and transitioned nicely into sales as her friends and prospective renters sought help with buying their first home.

She is now designated by the National Association of Realtors as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. Her enthusiasm for Charlottesville is apparent in her real estate business and continues to grow as she enjoys the variety of local restaurants, yoga studios, music venues, hiking trails, rivers, and breweries, but most importantly, as she raises her two daughters, ages 10 and 15, who attend exceptional schools in the downtown area.

Melina is excited to be working with Frank Hardy Sotheby's International Realty, which has such a strong local presence and exceptional reputation. She is sure to make the buying and selling process a pleasant one.
