Legal newshound and NBC A.M. figurehead Savannah Guthrie listed her lower Manhattan residence for sale on the open market this winter. The condo unit, one of a baker’s dozen in a 2016-built boutique building in the gilded neighborhood of Tribeca, appeared with an asking price of $7.1 million.
