Inside the Firm – Ronda Pearl

Ronda was born and raised in Charlottesville, Virginia, where she attended St. Anne’s Belfield School from pre-school through the 12th grade. A Dean’s List student, she proudly graduated from the University of Virginia in 2004 with a degree in Classics, having extensively studied the Latin and Ancient Greek languages.

During her collegiate career, she also studied abroad at Oxford University in England. Upon graduating she launched her real estate business in Charlottesville, and for over eight years Ronda achieved success and recognition – both for her professionalism and sales volume achievement – while representing buyers and sellers in and around the Central Virginia area.

In 2013, Ronda married an Englishman and moved abroad to London. There she gained exposure to the international property market and cultivated personal and professional relationships with a network of varied individuals from all over the world. Despite the thrills of living in the world’s most cosmopolitan city, she and her husband, Hugo, and their beloved spaniel, Dexter, returned to Ronda’s hometown of Charlottesville in 2015 to start a family, and she is excited to be back in the local real estate industry.

Ronda has extensive experience in all forms of real estate transactions, including working with a wide-range of clients from first-time home-buyers, sellers of unimproved land, those seeking investment opportunities, to buyers of estate properties. Through her past transactions and her life as an ex-pat living abroad, she is comfortable working with a variety of clientele from various backgrounds. She is committed to providing professional, attentive, and enthusiastic service to all those seeking guidance in their real estate needs.

In the Charlottesville community, Ronda donates her time and energy to numerous non-profit volunteer organizations, animal rescues and social clubs. She is an avid runner, swimmer, and tennis player. During her free-time she enjoys travel, baking, country music, good wine and good conversation with her friends and family.
